“I like gardening. It’s a place where I find myself when I need to lose myself.” ~Alice Sebold

Gardening allows me to connect with nature, get my hands dirty, and enjoy some quiet in a busy world. The time I spend with my flowers are some of the most peaceful moments of my day. Gardening is also a connection to my dad and when I see my plants growing, not growing, or see a new plant I think of what conversations I would have with him.  Feel free to talk about your garden with me anytime!

Houseplants allow me to bring that enjoyment inside especially during the winter.  I grow easy houseplants so it keeps the enjoyment up and the stress levels down.  If you have a favorite, easy to grow houseplant let me know!

I give a plant in the hopes you will experience the same fulfillment and peace in your life.

Best, Cassie

Why a Pilea Peperomioides?

It is easy for me to grow and share! I cut the offshoots, pot, and share with others.

This plant is also known by other common names that are perfect for letting you know I appreciate you, wish you well, and am thankful for your trust.

Some people call this plant the money or coin plant.  This is perfect since I wish you and your family financial security and abundance.

Another common name is the friendship plant.  Again, perfect since working with me is more than preparing documents, I am focused on developing a relationship with you.  I truly appreciate meeting you and helping you develop an estate plan that will allow you to focus on what is most important to you.

I love that this plant is known as the UFO plant!  When I hear UFO, I first think of the iconic UFO ships and aliens from black and white movies – think Gort from The Day the Earth Stood Still.  This UFO plant is a great reminder to imagine, have fun, and live life with a sense of wonder.  Never be too serious, keep an eye out for Bigfoot and gnomes!
